如果您遇到以下任何问题，您可以向发卡银行提出退款要求:欺诈交易，订购物品未送达，到达时发现物品损坏，交易金额不正确，以及如果您因取消订阅或未收到服务而被收取费用。
如果发生任何欺诈性交易，必须立即提交退款。如果你购买了损坏的产品，收到了不正确的商品，或者商家没有交付产品，你也可以提出退款要求。此外，如果你已经为一项服务付费，但没有收到，或者如果一家公司继续向你收取取消的数字订阅费用，你也可以提出退款要求。这些只是几个例子，提出退款要求的原因并不局限于这些。如果你觉得被骗了，你可以提出退款要求。然而，至关重要的是要避免提交虚假的退款索赔，因为这可能会导致法律问题。
申请退款的程序是什么?
如果你想申请退款，你可以打电话给银行的客户服务部，解释你的问题，并帮助他们确定你想要争议的交易。您的银行可能会要求您下载退款索赔表，填写并通过电子邮件发送给他们。这个过程可能需要120天才能完成。银行将为您提供有争议金额的临时信贷，以便您在银行对您的退款要求作出决定之前不必支付。
发起退款后会发生什么?
退款过程不是一个单一的事件，而是一个涉及多方的复杂而耗时的过程。这个过程的主要参与者是持卡人、商户、发卡银行、收单银行，有时还有信用卡网络。
退款流程从有争议的付款开始。当您对交易有异议时，发卡银行将通过收单银行通知商户。在收到通知后，商家可以接受退款或质疑索赔。如果商家接受退款，那么您将从您的银行收到退款，之前记入的临时信用将成为永久信用。
然而，如果商家决定质疑你的索赔，他们必须提交一份反驳信和支持证据，以证明争议是无效的。开证行将评估这一证据，并决定是否撤销或维持拒付。
如果银行决定支持客户，他们将收到退款，临时信贷将成为永久的。另一方面，如果银行决定支持商家，则临时信贷将从客户的帐户中撤销，并且他们必须在到期日期内支付账单。
如果商家不同意银行的决定，他们也可以通过仲裁提出上诉。此时，发行信用卡的信用卡网络，如Rupay、Visa、Mastercard、Amex等，将介入此案。但是，在仲裁中败诉的一方将被收取一些费用，并且不接受进一步的上诉。
信用卡提供了许多好处，包括申请退款的能力。就我个人而言，我已经提出了三到四次退款要求，并且都赢了。不幸的是，许多信用卡用户并没有意识到这些隐藏的好处，这些好处可能是无价的。退款救了我很多次，让我们有能力避免被商家或公司骚扰。
